We know you might have some questions regarding our service, so we’ve provided answers to some brief FAQs below.

Can anyone sign up for Verta hosting?

No. Verta hosting services are provided exclusively to clients who have purchased a website through Verta. If your website was not developed by us, then you will not be able to avail of the hosting service. 

What work is included in the maintenance hours?

On Standard and Premium maintenance packs, maintenance hours can be used to perform almost any type of service offered by Verta. These would include adding new features & functions to your existing website, social media marketing for your business, search engine optimisation, graphics design and more.  

Can I use my maintenance hours for other websites?

Maintenance hours are designed to be used only with Verta designed websites. If you have multiple websites that were designed by Verta, then you can choose to use your maintenance hours to support any of those websites. However, they cannot be used to support websites designed by a third party. 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. All of our services are provided without contract, so you are free to cancel your monthly subscription at any time without penalty. 

What happens if I don't use up my maintenance hours?

Your maintenance hours are allocated on a month to month basis. Each month, the number of hours available resets to your default monthly allocation. If you do not use all of your hours within a given month, then those hours are lost and will not roll-over to the next month. 

How do I sign up?

To sign up for any of these services, then simply click the “Contact Us” button underneath the FAQ section and we will assess your eligibility for the service. Once you’re happy, we will arrange a monthly direct debit and get to work on maintaining your site!
